Product Indications:
– Nigella relieves symptoms of allergic rhinitis in adults and children over 6 years of age
– Quercetin helps relieve symptoms of mild allergies
– Vitamin A supports gastrointestinal and respiratory mucous membrane health
– Quercetin helps reduce mild gastrointestinal tract inflammation
– Vitamin A supports immune system health
WARNING:
If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for
men.
Dose:
– Adults take 2 capsules twice daily with water, and children over the age of 6 take the contents of 2 capsules once or twice daily with water, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Storage:
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place.

Quercetin 300 mg
Nigella sativa (Black cumin) seed oil fixed 450 mg
(as Thymocid® extract)
Rutoside 125 mg
Retinol palmitate 103 micrograms
equiv. vitamin A 56 micrograms retinol equivalents
equiv. vitamin A 187 IU
Excipients:
When using excipients we tightly control the input quantity which results in the absolute minimum requirement. Some of the excipients below are attached to the raw material. We include these for full transparency.

Allergen Information:
The following substances have not been used in the production of this product however the finished product has not been tested to confirm the absence of these substances so care must be taken in the case of anaphylaxis
