TACGA Client Portal and Store user guide

The great news is that we have rebuilt the online store. Here are the steps you can follow to make an easy and secure purchase of your supplements when you need to top up.

We thank you for your support in advance as  the purchase of products from our store go to employing a team of recovered ASD boys who now make up our shipping team.

CLIENT PORTAL LOGIN:

  1. Go to the TACGA website
  2. Select the Client Portal tab on the menu bar
  3. Enter your user email  address or user name
  4. Enter your password
  5. Press the ‘Log in’ button

ACCOUNT DETAILS:

Once the site opens to your Account page, please do the following:

  1. Select the PROFILE tab on the menu bar and add your details
  2. Select ADDRESSES in the left hand menu and add you billing and shipping addresses
  3. Select ORDERS to view current and futures orders

SELECT PRODUCTS IN THE STORE:

Once your details are updated, please do the following:

  1. Select Store tab on the top menu bar
  2. Enter the product you wish to purchase in the ‘search bar’ in the right hand side bar or select via category
  3. Select the product
  4. Select how many units
  5. Select ‘add to cart’
  6. Select ‘Continue shopping’

SHOPPING CART:

Once you have selected each individual product, please do the following:

  1. Select the shopping cart image on the right hand side of the page
  2. Double check the product and the number of units is correct
  3. Check the sub total is correct
  4. Check the shipping amount and address are correct
  5. Check the total is correct
  6. Press ‘Proceed to checkout’ button
  7. Or Press ‘PAYPAL’ button to pay with PAYPAL

CHECKOUT:

  1. Check your details
  2. Choose ‘Ship to a different address’ if required
  3. Check your order summary is correct
  4. Choose your payment method as follows (Credit Card via STRIPE (Fees apply); PAYPAL or DIRECT DEBIT)
  5. Select ‘I have read the terms and conditions to the website’ (Follow link to view T&C if required)
  6. Select Place order

If your order is successful you will receive an order confirmation to your account email address.

Once the order is completed, our shipping team will ship your order via AUSTRALIA POST EXPRESS the following day (orders placed on FRIDAY may be delayed over the weekend due to AUSTRALIA POST delivery schedule).
